Real-Time Application·2026·Private Client·Deia, Mallorca

Amat Configurator.

A real-time application where the client moves freely through the house, opens the project gallery, consults the available information, checks how the sun falls on the property at any hour, and configures the kitchen finishes until the choice is made. The interface and the whole experience around it were designed and tested as part of the project.

Casa Amat was already designed and rendered. So the interiors were rebuilt as a real-time application: one scene, one interface, everything reachable from desktop, ipad or mobile.

Interactive walking tour.

Movement is free and continuous: the user walks the interiors of Casa Amat at eye level, stops where they want, turns around and keeps going.

From the main menu you can access the project gallery, the information available on the house, the sunlight control and the finishes.

Sun path tracker.

Orientation is one of the questions a still image answers badly. The application carries a sun study: the client sets the hour and watches the light travel.

It turned an abstract argument about orientation into something the client could check for themselves, room by room.

Kitchen configurator.

The kitchen was the part of the house still open to modifications during the design phase, so it was made configurable. Each material has its own set of options, and the change happens live in the app.

Seeing chestnut next to iroko under the real light of that window is a different decision from seeing two samples side by side on a table.

Custom UI/UX.

Several UI iterations were tested before this one. The experience was designed around one rule: the user should never have to learn anything. Everything is one click from the walkthrough, and nothing takes them out of it.
